The Honorable Lucian Niemeyer is an Air Force Veteran, former US Senate committee staffer, and most recently an Assistant Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon and the White House focused on a full range of capabilities and threats to our Nation, including the development and application of new technologies. While at the Pentagon he managed the largest real estate portfolio in the world with over a trillion dollars in assets.

He assumed leadership in NADSCO in August, 2023 to apply his expertise and experience in the development of facilities, real estate, and technologies to drive innovation and revenue generation while mitigating cyber risk. He also leads a non-profit organization, Building Cyber Security, committed to enhancing safety and security in the connected built environment.
