Ian Antoniolli is a business leader with an MBA and 10+ years of experience in business
development and operations. By specializing in the development of thoughtful go to market
strategies, he has a proven track record of bringing high-profile projects to fruition across a
number of diverse industries. At Tesla (’15-’20), he led and executed multiple industry-first
product deployments in both B2B and B2C environments. This involved collaborating with
multi-disciplinary teams spanning product development, engineering, sales, material planning,
and project management organizations. Currently the Program Manager for Warehouse
Automation at Prologis, he is again making advanced technology solutions more accessible and
approachable than ever before. With the volume and speed of modern fulfillment operations
rapidly evolving, he focuses on consulting with omnichannel, e-commerce, and third-party
logistics companies to stay competitive and be poised for growth. At Prologis, he also leads
multiple telecom programs by pairing unique revenue opportunities with real estate assets.
At home in front of a white board, Ian insists on seeing programmatic strategies through from
ideation to launch. He prides himself on a servant-based leadership style and both establishing
and maintaining valuable partnerships. When outside the office, you can find him fly fishing in
his home state of Colorado. (Though he does not claim to be any good at it)
